Social responsibility
Members
of a whole.
Thirty-five years of giving, and the reason a restaurant measures itself by more than what it takes in.
Why we do it
Human beings are members of a whole,
in creation of one essence and soul.
Should one organ be troubled by pain,
others would suffer severe strain.
Our commitment
Success, measured
a different way.
At Mesón Sabika and Tapas Valencia we believe our success is not solely measured by profit, but by the impact we make on our community and beyond. That journey has been shaped by the dedication of past and present staff, by loyal partners, and by the unwavering support of our patrons.
At the heart of it is a commitment to the well-being of our staff and the broader community we belong to. The impact we have achieved would not have been possible without the generosity of those who dine with us, allowing us to serve as a bridge between our community and those in need.

Teacher appreciation
The programme
closest to home.
Growing up in a family of nine, my father — who could not continue past elementary school because of poverty — taught us the true value of education. He always emphasised respect for my mother and for our teachers, who he saw as the guiding lights in our lives. Through this programme I want to express my gratitude to the schools and teachers who make such a difference in our community.
